The Jolly Roger is a unique wrecked pirate ship that appears in Mission 9 and Shadow Dance as an easter egg. Lacking engines, the ship is modelled and named after Captain Hook's pirate ship from the 1953 movie, Peter Pan. Specifically sharing many similarities with its appearance at Disneyland Paris.

- The Jolly Roger appears to be an wind-powered, ocean-going Galleon, as it lacks engines. How it managed to escape the atmosphere is unknown. It's possible that a thruster may have been mounted on the ship's underbelly where there is now a massive hole.
