The Derelict Starhammer is an abandoned StarHammer located in the Darkshire Nebula. It is presumably a very old ship, as all its weapons are non-functional except for the Nova Mortar, which the Derelict Starhammer still has ammunition for on board. The actual name of the Derelict Starhammer is unknown.

Mission 9[]
After Jim Hawkins' Frigate, RLS St. Roch started pursuing the two Destroyers, Rattler and Starfall, through the Darkshire Nebula, RLS St. Roch started to lose power, while the Ironclads were unaffected by the nebula. When RLS St. Roch finally ran out of power, Hawkins ordered to continue the pursuit in a Longboat, after which they found the Derelict Starhammer. Hawkins then boarded the Derelict Starhammer and found that Nova Mortar was still functional, and that there was still ammunition for it on the ship. Mr. Onyx then spotted the Ironclad refuelling base, Hawkins noticed that they were using Dark Matter to refuel the Ironclads, and then gave the order to fire the Nova Mortar at the base. The Nova Mortar's explosion ignited the Dark Matter, and Hawkins the rest of the crew on the Derelict Starhammer went back into the Longboat and returned to RLS St. Roch. Although in most cases the Starhammer is seemingly destroyed in the blast, occasionally it, along with other derelicts in the nebula, will be propelled out alongside the player's fleet.
Trivia[]
- The overall mesh of the derelict is noticeably different than the final StarHammer: the derelict having 4 heavy and medium laserball cannons per bank (the .msb file for the StarHammer actually has these weapon hardpoints, however are not shown on the actual mesh), portholes in the stern cabin, as well as larger wings and a longer bowsprit.
